Dan has enjoyed performing for music lovers, for over 25 years, throughout Long Island, NYC, NJ, & virtually from coast to coast of the U.S.

He has received training in piano performance & pedagogy from faculty of:

  • Manhattan School of Music (MSM)
  • Crane School of Music
  • New York University (NYU)
  • Former Julliard Faculty
  • The Well Balanced Pianist (faculty from Curtis & the former Taubman Institute)

He delights in conveying his passion for music, striving to create atmospheres of elegance, intimacy, warmth, familiarity, or nostalgia.

Dan also has fun interacting with audiences; whether it be taking special requests, curating selections to fit a particular audience, ‘Name That Tune’ with prizes, Sing-Alongs with lyrics binders, karaoke-style accompaniment for that talented singer guest, or even piano-bar style rocking out with energetic revelers who wish to sing the night away!

Concerts

  • His favorite kind of event is playing in an intimate salon-style setting of an in-home concert or at a public concert series on a gorgeous piano. He can communicate most expressively, captivating an audience as he 'paints with his fingers on the canvas of silence.

  • ​He is privileged to perform duos with musicians who have dazzled audiences all over the world, including vocalists, cellists, violinists, violists, clarinetists, other pianists, & flutists.

Multimedia Performances

  • He has an established act with a Belly Dancer, and has performed while a Painter improvised on a canvas, being influenced by the music.
